TMF fluorine plastic magnetic pump, made of HT200 steel lining corrosion-resistant plastic, specializing in the transportation and transportation of all kinds of acid. Notice reminder
1. Prevent particles from entering
(1) Do not allow ferromagnetic impurities and particles to enter the magnetic drive and bearing friction pair.
(2) After transporting the medium that is easy to crystallize or precipitate, it is necessary to rinse it in time (after stopping the pump, water is injected into the pump chamber, and it is discharged after 1min of operation) to ensure the service life of the sliding bearing.
(3) When conveying the medium containing solid particles, it should be filtered at the inlet of the pump flow pipe.
⒉ Prevent demagnetization
(1) The magnetic torque should not be designed too small. (2) It should be operated under the specified temperature conditions, and the medium temperature is strictly prohibited. A platinum resistance temperature sensor can be installed on the outer surface of the magnetic pump isolation sleeve to detect the temperature rise in the ring gap area, so as to alarm or stop when the temperature exceeds the limit.
It prevents dry friction
(1) No idling.
(2) Strictly prohibit the evacuation of the medium.
(3) When the outlet valve is closed, the continuous operation time of the pump shall not exceed 2min to prevent the magnetic drive from overheating and failing.

Structure of magnetic pump
(1) Magnetic coupler
The magnetic drive is accomplished by magnetic couplers. Magnetic coupler mainly includes internal magnetic cylinder, external magnetic cylinder and isolation sleeve and other components, is the core components of magnetic pump. The structure of magnetic coupler, magnetic circuit design and the material of each component are related to the reliability, magnetic transmission efficiency and life of magnetic pump. The magnetic coupler is suitable for outdoor starting and continuous operation under specified environmental conditions, and should not appear decoupling and demagnetization.

① Inner and outer magnetic cylinder The inner magnetic cylinder should be firmly fixed on the guide ring with adhesive, and the inner magnetic cylinder and the medium should be isolated with a jacket.
The isolation sleeve, also known as the isolation cover or sealing sleeve, is located between the inner and outer magnetic cylinders, completely separate the inner and outer magnetic cylinders, and the medium is closed in the isolation sleeve. The thickness of the isolation sleeve is related to the working pressure and the use temperature, too thick, it will increase the gap size of the inner and outer magnetic cylinder, reduce the magnetic transmission torque, and increase the eddy current loss in the isolation sleeve, thus affecting the magnetic transmission efficiency, too thin, it will affect the strength and stiffness.
There are two kinds of isolation sets, metal and non-metal, metal isolation sets have eddy current loss, non-metal isolation sets have no eddy current loss. Metal isolation sleeve should be selected with high resistivity materials, such as Hastelloy, titanium alloy, etc., can also be selected austenitic stainless steel, its thickness is generally 1.0~1.2mm. For low-power magnetic pumps, and when the use temperature is low, the isolation sleeve can also be considered using non-metallic materials, such as plastic or ceramic.
(2) plain bearings
① Silicon carbide ceramic magnetic pump generally uses silicon carbide ceramic bearings. In order to prevent silicon carbide containing free silicon, thereby reducing its corrosion resistance, it is generally required to use non-press-sintered A-phase silicon carbide. Silicon carbide bearing, high bearing capacity, and has strong erosion resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, wear resistance and good heat resistance, the use of temperature up to 500℃. The service life of silicon carbide plain bearings can generally reach more than 3 years.
Silicon carbide bearings are usually mounted on metal parts. Since the thermal expansion coefficient of silicon carbide is much smaller than that of general metal materials, special mounting structures (such as metal corrugated pads) or special metal materials (such as titanium alloy) should be used when conveying high or low temperature media.
Graphite graphite has good self-lubrication performance, can withstand a short period of dry operation, the use of temperature up to 450℃, the disadvantage is poor wear resistance. The service life of graphite plain bearings can generally reach more than 1 year.
