The reasons why the self-priming pump does not supply water and the solutions are as follows:
1. The self-priming pump body is not filled with liquid or the liquid storage is insufficient: add enough.
2. Leakage in the suction pipeline: eliminate the leakage in the pipeline. Check the method within the allowable suction range. If the pump is started for 4-5 minutes and the water is not sucked up, please put your ear close to the suspected leaking place of the inlet pipeline to listen for the sound of suction, or apply white latex to the suspected leaking place to repair it.
3. The suction range is too high or the suction pipeline is too long: reduce the suction range or shorten the pipeline.
4. The outlet pipe is not installed correctly. There are too many elbows: There are too many N-shaped pipes. It is recommended to install an automatic exhaust valve at the highest point.
5. The filter screen inside the pump body or the inlet pipe is blocked by debris and stones: check and clean the blockage.
6. The mechanical seal leaks too much: repair or replace.
7. The impeller is damaged or worn: replace a new impeller.
8. The return hole of the self-priming pump is blocked, resulting in the inability to separate the steam and water: check and clean it.
9. The three-phase motor is connected in reverse: swap two of the phases.
10. The voltage is too low: adjust the voltage.
