Five common faults of fluorine-lined pumps and their treatment methods:
1. Shaft seal heating. Treatment method: The seal is too tight or rubbed, please loosen the seal ring and check the water seal pipe.
2. The rotor moves too much. Treatment method:
(1) The fluorine-lined pump is improperly operated. It is necessary to operate it according to the regulations to make the pump run near the design working conditions.
(2) The balance is abnormal, and the balance pipe should be cleared.
3. Failure to start or the starting load is too large. Treatment method:
(1) The prime mover or power supply is abnormal. Check the power supply and prime mover.
(2) If the pump is stuck, check it with a manual coupling. If necessary, disassemble it for inspection to eliminate the faults of the dynamic and static parts.
(3) If the seal is very tight, loosen the packing.
(4) If the discharge valve is not closed, close the discharge valve and restart.
(5) If the balance pipe is not smooth, clear the balance pipe.
4. No discharge. Treatment method:
(1) Refill the pump when the pump is insufficient (or the gas in the pump is not discharged).
(2) If the pump is wrong, check the rotation direction.
(3) If the pump speed is too low, check the speed and increase the speed.
(4) If the filter is blocked and the bottom valve cannot work normally, check the leakage net and remove the garbage. (5) If the height is too high or there is a vacuum in the suction tank, lower the adsorption height and check the pressure of the suction tank.
5. Disconnect after draining. The treatment methods are as follows:
(1) In case of air leakage in the suction pipe, check the sealing of the suction side pipe connection and the filling material.
(2) When the gas on the suction side cannot be effectively discharged during pump injection, it is necessary to refill the pump.
(3) If the suction side is suddenly blocked by foreign matter, the pump needs to be stopped to deal with the foreign matter.
(4) When a large amount of gas is inhaled, check whether there is a vortex at the suction port and whether the immersion depth is too shallow.
The above is an introduction to the five common faults of fluorine-lined pumps and their treatment methods.
