Submersible pumps are mainly used in environmental protection, municipal engineering, thermal power plants, gas coking plants, refineries, steel mills, mining, papermaking, cement plants, food factories, printing and dyeing industries to pump concentrated liquids, thick oils, oil residues, dirty liquids, mud, mortar, quicksand and flowing sludge in urban sewage ditches, as well as fluids containing mud and slag and corrosive liquids.

Assembly sequence of submersible pump.

(1) The bearings should be installed in the bearing box and bearing seat respectively.

(2) Install the felt ring into the bearing end cover, C and bearing box.

(3) Install the E and C on the bearing end cover into the bearing seat and tighten with bolts.

(4) Insert the bearing box with the bearing installed into the shaft, screw on the round nut, and connect the bearing end cover with the bearing box.

(5) Install the shaft into the bearing seat, tighten it with bolts, screw on the adjustment screws, install the bearing on the support seat, and put the water retaining ring in the appropriate position of the lower bearing.

(6) Fix the connecting pipe on the bearing seat, install the pump cover on the lower part of the connecting pipe, install the impeller on the lower part of the shaft, and tighten the shaft. Install the pump body front cover on the pump body front cover in turn and fix it with bolts. Use the adjustment screws at the bearing box to adjust the gap between the impeller and the front cover (control it within 1–1.5mm). After adjustment, tighten it with bolts.

(7) Install the motor support on the bearing seat and tighten it with bolts. Install the coupling assembly at the upper end of the shaft. The motor coupling is tightened on the motor shaft head with the tightening screws. The motor is connected to the motor support and tightened with bolts and nuts.

(8) According to the pump output sequence, install the asbestos pad, liquid outlet elbow, liquid outlet pipe, and liquid outlet pipe assembly into the bracket.
