On January 12, 2024, Professor Liu Jianrui, researcher and doctoral supervisor of Fluid Mechanical Engineering Technology Research Center of Jiangsu University, and Associate Professor Chang Hao, Associate professor of National Pump and System Engineering Technology Research Center of Jiangsu University, visited our factory to conduct in-depth research and guidance on the optimization and improvement of chemical pumps.
In this field guidance, Professor Liu Jianrui and Associate Professor Chang Hao conducted a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the existing fluid system in our factory. They had an in-depth understanding of our production process, equipment operation, and the structure and performance parameters of the fluid system. Based on the actual situation, the two experts put forward a series of optimization suggestions, including equipment upgrading, pipeline adjustment, fluid dynamics optimization and other specific measures.
In the exchange and interaction, the two experts answered the questions of the engineer team of our factory in detail, shared the latest research results of the fluid machinery engineering Technology Research center in related fields, and encouraged our factory to continue to deepen the field of fluid system optimization in the future, improve equipment operation efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and promote the innovation and development of China’s fluid machinery industry.
