1. High-lift pumps use low-lift pumping. Some customers who use fluorine-lined pipeline pumps think that the lower the pumping lift, the smaller the motor load. Due to this misunderstanding, most people will choose a higher pump lift when purchasing a fluorine-lined pipeline pump. In fact, once the type of pump is determined, the power consumption is proportional to the actual flow of the pump. Since the flow of the pump decreases with the lift, the higher the lift, the smaller the flow and the smaller the power consumption; conversely, the greater the flow, the greater the power consumption. Therefore, in order to prevent the motor from overloading, it is generally required that the actual pumping lift of the pump should not be less than 60% of the rated lift.
2. When installing the water supply pipe, the horizontal section is horizontal or warped upward. In this way, air gathers in the water supply pipe, the vacuum of the water pipe and the fluorine-lined pipe pump is reduced, and the water suction head of the pump is reduced, which will lead to a decrease in water output. The correct approach is to slightly tilt the horizontal section toward the water source, not horizontal, and not warped upward.
3. The water inlet of the fluorine-lined pipe pump is directly connected to the elbow. This will cause uneven distribution of water flowing into the impeller through the elbow. When the diameter of the water supply pipe is larger than the pump inlet, please install an eccentric throttle. The flat part of the eccentric pipe should be installed on the upper surface, and the inclined part should be installed on the lower surface. Otherwise, air is collected, water or pump is reduced, and impact sound is emitted.
4. The water level at the outlet of the water pipe is higher than the normal water level of the outlet pool. In this case, the pump flow rate will be reduced. When the outlet must be higher than the water level under terrain conditions, the outlet should be installed with an elbow and a short pipe, and the outlet pipe is siphon-type to reduce the water outlet height.
5. When the bottom valve is installed, the end of the water supply pipe is not vertical. After such installation, the valve cannot be closed by itself, which will cause water leakage. The correct installation method is that the end should be vertical. When it cannot be installed vertically under terrain conditions, the angle between the water pipe axis and the horizontal plane must be above 60°.
