(1) Check whether the magnetic pump pipeline and joints are loose. Turn the magnetic pump by hand to see if it is flexible.
(2) Add bearing lubricating oil to the bearing body. Observe that the oil level should be at the center line of the oil mark. The lubricating oil should be replaced or replenished in time.
(3) Unscrew the water inlet screw plug of the magnetic pump body and pour water (or slurry).
(4) Close the gate valve, outlet pressure gauge and inlet vacuum gauge of the water outlet pipeline.
(5) Start the motor to see if the motor direction is correct.
(6) Start the motor. When the magnetic pump is running normally, open the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump. After they show appropriate pressure, gradually open the gate valve and check the motor load at the same time.

(7) Try to control the flow and head of the magnetic pump within the range indicated on the nameplate.
(8) During the operation of the magnetic pump, the bearing temperature cannot exceed the ambient temperature by 35°C, and the temperature must not exceed 80°C.
(9) If the magnetic pump makes an abnormal sound, stop it immediately and check the cause.
(10) When the magnetic pump is to be stopped, close the gate valve and pressure gauge first, and then stop the motor.
(11) Within one month of operation, the lubricating oil of the magnetic pump should be replaced after 100 hours, and then every 500 hours.
(12) Adjust the packing gland frequently to make the dripping in the packing chamber normal (it is better to leak in drops).

(13) Check the wear of the shaft sleeve regularly. If the wear is serious, it should be replaced in time.
(14) When the magnetic pump is used in the cold winter season, after stopping, the drain screw at the bottom of the pump body needs to be unscrewed to drain the medium to prevent freezing and cracking.
(15) If the magnetic pump is not used for a long time, the pump needs to be completely disassembled, the water needs to be wiped off, the rotating parts and joints need to be greased, and the pump needs to be properly stored.
