Proto po vylou\u010den\u00ed poruchy t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed h\u0159\u00eddele a koncov\u00e9ho krytu je net\u011bsnost mechanick\u00e9 ucp\u00e1vky b\u011bhem zku\u0161ebn\u00edho provozu v podstat\u011b zp\u016fsobena po\u0161kozen\u00edm dynamick\u00fdch a statick\u00fdch t\u0159ec\u00edch dvojic krou\u017ek\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Hlavn\u00edmi faktory, kter\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed selh\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed t\u0159ec\u00edho p\u00e1ru, jsou:<\/p>\n<p>(1) B\u011bhem provozu doch\u00e1z\u00ed v d\u016fsledku abnorm\u00e1ln\u00edch jev\u016f, jako je podtlak a kavitace, k p\u016fsoben\u00ed velk\u00e9 axi\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edly, kter\u00e1 zp\u016fsobuje odd\u011blen\u00ed sty\u010dn\u00e9 plochy dynamick\u00fdch a statick\u00fdch krou\u017ek\u016f;<br \/>\n(2) P\u0159i instalaci mechanick\u00e9 ucp\u00e1vky je stla\u010den\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 velk\u00e9, co\u017e vede k v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9mu opot\u0159eben\u00ed a po\u0161kr\u00e1b\u00e1n\u00ed koncov\u00e9ho povrchu t\u0159ec\u00edho p\u00e1ru;<br \/>\n(3) T\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed dynamick\u00e9ho krou\u017eku je p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 t\u011bsn\u00e9 a pru\u017eina nem\u016f\u017ee nastavit axi\u00e1ln\u00ed plovouc\u00ed velikost dynamick\u00e9ho krou\u017eku;<\/p>\n<p>(4) Statick\u00e9 t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed krou\u017eku je p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 voln\u00e9. Kdy\u017e dynamick\u00fd krou\u017eek axi\u00e1ln\u011b plave, statick\u00fd krou\u017eek se odd\u011bl\u00ed od sedla statick\u00e9ho krou\u017eku;<br \/>\n(5) V pracovn\u00edm m\u00e9diu jsou zrnit\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 se b\u011bhem provozu dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed do t\u0159ec\u00edho p\u00e1ru. Zjist\u011bte dynamick\u00e9 a statick\u00e9 \u010deln\u00ed plochy t\u011bsnic\u00edho krou\u017eku;<br \/>\n(6) Volba konstrukce je \u0161patn\u00e1, \u010deln\u00ed tlak t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed je p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 n\u00edzk\u00fd nebo t\u011bsnic\u00ed materi\u00e1l m\u00e1 velk\u00e9 smr\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed za studena. Pokud je net\u011bsnost mal\u00e1, jedn\u00e1 se v\u011bt\u0161inou o probl\u00e9m s dynamick\u00fdm krou\u017ekem nebo statick\u00fdm t\u011bsnic\u00edm krou\u017ekem; pokud je net\u011bsnost velk\u00e1, znamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee je probl\u00e9m mezi t\u0159ec\u00edmi p\u00e1ry dynamick\u00e9ho a statick\u00e9ho krou\u017eku. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b p\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed net\u011bsnosti a posouzen\u00ed m\u00edsta net\u011bsnosti ru\u010dn\u011b oto\u010dte kole\u010dkem a pozorujte. Pokud nedojde k \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 zjevn\u00e9 zm\u011bn\u011b net\u011bsnosti, jedn\u00e1 se o probl\u00e9m se statick\u00fdm a dynamick\u00fdm krou\u017ekov\u00fdm t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00edm; pokud dojde b\u011bhem ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed k v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zm\u011bn\u011b net\u011bsnosti, lze ur\u010dit, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o probl\u00e9m s dynamickou a statickou krou\u017ekovou t\u0159ec\u00ed dvojic\u00ed; pokud je net\u011bsn\u00e9 m\u00e9dium rozst\u0159ikov\u00e1no pod\u00e9l axi\u00e1ln\u00edho sm\u011bru, jedn\u00e1 se v\u011bt\u0161inou o probl\u00e9my s dynamick\u00fdm krou\u017ekov\u00fdm t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00edm, a pokud je net\u011bsn\u00e9 m\u00e9dium rozst\u0159ikov\u00e1no v\u0161ude kolem nebo unik\u00e1 z otvoru pro chlazen\u00ed vodou, jedn\u00e1 se v\u011bt\u0161inou o poruchu statick\u00e9ho krou\u017ekov\u00e9ho t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed. Krom\u011b toho mohou sou\u010dasn\u011b existovat i net\u011bsn\u00e9 kan\u00e1ly, ale obecn\u011b se rozli\u0161uje prim\u00e1rn\u00ed a sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed. Pokud pozorn\u011b pozorujete a zn\u00e1te konstrukci, budete schopni spr\u00e1vn\u011b posoudit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Porucha zp\u016fsoben\u00e1 ztr\u00e1tou mazac\u00edho filmu na obou t\u011bsnic\u00edch ploch\u00e1ch.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(1) Vzhledem k existenci zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed \u010deln\u00edho t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed se \u010derpadlo spou\u0161t\u00ed, kdy\u017e v t\u011bsnic\u00ed komo\u0159e nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 kapalina, co\u017e zp\u016fsobuje such\u00e9 t\u0159en\u00ed;<\/p>\n<p>(2) Tlak m\u00e9dia je ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e tlak nasycen\u00fdch par, co\u017e zp\u016fsobuje vzplanut\u00ed kapaln\u00e9ho filmu na \u010deln\u00ed stran\u011b a ztr\u00e1tu maz\u00e1n\u00ed;<\/p>\n<p>(3) Pokud je m\u00e9dium t\u011bkav\u00fd produkt a v chladic\u00edm syst\u00e9mu mechanick\u00e9 ucp\u00e1vky dojde k usazov\u00e1n\u00ed vodn\u00edho kamene nebo jeho ucp\u00e1n\u00ed, zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed se tlak nasycen\u00fdch par m\u00e9dia v d\u016fsledku t\u0159en\u00ed o \u010deln\u00ed plochy a tepla generovan\u00e9ho rotuj\u00edc\u00edm prvkem, kter\u00fd kapalinu m\u00edch\u00e1, co\u017e rovn\u011b\u017e zp\u016fsob\u00ed, \u017ee tlak m\u00e9dia je ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e jeho tlak nasycen\u00fdch par.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Selh\u00e1n\u00ed mechanick\u00e9ho t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 koroz\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(1) D\u016fln\u00ed vrypy a rovnom\u011brn\u00e9 pronik\u00e1n\u00ed do t\u011bsnic\u00ed plochy.<br \/>\n(2) Kv\u016fli sva\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed krou\u017eku z karbidu wolframu a sedla z nerezov\u00e9 oceli je sedlo z nerezov\u00e9 oceli b\u011bhem pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1chyln\u00e9 k mezikrystalov\u00e9 korozi;<br \/>\n(3) Sva\u0159ovan\u00e9 kovov\u00e9 m\u011bchy, pru\u017einy atd. jsou n\u00e1chyln\u00e9 k prasknut\u00ed kombinovan\u00fdm p\u016fsoben\u00edm nap\u011bt\u00ed a st\u0159edn\u011b silnou koroz\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Porucha t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed v d\u016fsledku opot\u0159eben\u00ed \u010deln\u00ed plochy t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(1) Stupe\u0148 vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed \u03b2 mechanick\u00e9 ucp\u00e1vky ovliv\u0148uje tak\u00e9 jej\u00ed opot\u0159eben\u00ed. Obecn\u011b je vhodn\u00fd stupe\u0148 vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed \u03b2=75%. Pokud je \u03b2&lt;75%, opot\u0159eben\u00ed se sice sni\u017euje, ale zvy\u0161uje se net\u011bsnost a mo\u017enost otev\u0159en\u00ed povrchu t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed. U mechanick\u00fdch t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed s vysok\u00fdm zat\u00ed\u017een\u00edm (vysokou hodnotou PV) je \u03b2 vzhledem k velk\u00e9mu t\u0159ec\u00edmu teplu \u010deln\u00ed plochy obecn\u011b 65% a\u017e 70%. U b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f je po\u0159ad\u00ed odolnosti proti opot\u0159eben\u00ed n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed: karbid k\u0159em\u00edku - uhl\u00edkov\u00fd grafit, cementovan\u00fd karbid - uhl\u00edkov\u00fd grafit, keramick\u00fd uhl\u00edkov\u00fd grafit, st\u0159\u00edkan\u00fd keramick\u00fd uhl\u00edkov\u00fd grafit, nitrid k\u0159em\u00edku - keramick\u00fd uhl\u00edkov\u00fd grafit, rychlo\u0159ezn\u00e1 ocel - uhl\u00edkov\u00fd grafit a pl\u00e1tovan\u00fd cementovan\u00fd karbid - uhl\u00edkov\u00fd grafit.<\/p>\n<p>(3) U m\u00e9di\u00ed obsahuj\u00edc\u00edch pevn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice je hlavn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou selh\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed vniknut\u00ed pevn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic do t\u011bsnic\u00edho povrchu. Pevn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice, kter\u00e9 se dostanou na \u010deln\u00ed plochu t\u0159ec\u00edho p\u00e1ru, p\u016fsob\u00ed jako abraziva a zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed siln\u00e9 opot\u0159eben\u00ed a selh\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed. Net\u011bsnost mechanick\u00e9ho t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed zp\u016fsoben\u00e1 chybami v instalaci, provozu nebo v samotn\u00e9m za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(1) Net\u011bsnost mechanick\u00e9ho t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed zp\u016fsoben\u00e1 \u0161patnou instalac\u00ed.
