Pokyny pro instalaci odst\u0159ediv\u00fdch \u010derpadel pro chemick\u00fd pr\u016fmysl:<br \/>\n(1) B\u011bhem instalace by se nem\u011bla zvy\u0161ovat hmotnost potrub\u00ed na vodn\u00ed \u010derpadlo a m\u011blo by b\u00fdt zaji\u0161t\u011bno ka\u017ed\u00e9 podp\u016frn\u00e9 t\u011bleso, aby se zabr\u00e1nilo deformaci, kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee ovlivnit provozn\u00ed v\u00fdkon a \u017eivotnost.<br \/>\n(2) \u010cerpadlo a motor jsou integr\u00e1ln\u00ed konstrukce a p\u0159i instalaci nevy\u017eaduj\u00ed vyrovn\u00e1n\u00ed, tak\u017ee instalace je velmi pohodln\u00e1.<br \/>\n(3) B\u011bhem instalace je nutn\u00e9 dot\u00e1hnout kotevn\u00ed \u0161rouby, aby se zabr\u00e1nilo vlivu vibrac\u00ed na v\u00fdkon \u010derpadla b\u011bhem spou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed.<br \/>\n(4) P\u0159ed instalac\u00ed vodn\u00edho \u010derpadla je nutn\u00e9 pe\u010dliv\u011b zkontrolovat pr\u016fto\u010dn\u00fd kan\u00e1l \u010derpadla, zda se v n\u011bm nenach\u00e1zej\u00ed tvrd\u00e9 p\u0159edm\u011bty (nap\u0159. kameny, \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dky \u017eeleza apod.), kter\u00e9 by mohly ovlivnit provoz vodn\u00edho \u010derpadla, aby nedo\u0161lo k po\u0161kozen\u00ed ob\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho kola a t\u011blesa \u010derpadla b\u011bhem provozu.<br \/>\n(5) Pro usnadn\u011bn\u00ed \u00fadr\u017eby a bezpe\u010dnost pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed je na ka\u017ed\u00e9m vstupn\u00edm a v\u00fdstupn\u00edm potrub\u00ed \u010derpadla instalov\u00e1n regula\u010dn\u00ed ventil a v bl\u00edzkosti v\u00fdstupu \u010derpadla je instalov\u00e1n manometr, kter\u00fd zaji\u0161\u0165uje provoz v rozsahu jmenovit\u00e9ho p\u0159ev\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed a pr\u016ftoku, zaji\u0161\u0165uje norm\u00e1ln\u00ed provoz \u010derpadla a prodlu\u017euje jeho \u017eivotnost.<br \/>\n(6) \u010cerpadlo by m\u011blo b\u00fdt vybaveno spodn\u00edm ventilem, pokud se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v sac\u00edch situac\u00edch, a vstupn\u00ed potrub\u00ed by nem\u011blo m\u00edt p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho ohyb\u016f a nem\u011blo by doch\u00e1zet k \u00faniku vody nebo vzduchu.<br \/>\n(7) Vypou\u0161t\u011bc\u00ed potrub\u00ed, nap\u0159\u00edklad zp\u011btn\u00fd ventil, by m\u011blo b\u00fdt instalov\u00e1no mimo \u0161oup\u00e1tko.<br \/>\n(8) Po instalaci pohn\u011bte h\u0159\u00eddel\u00ed \u010derpadla a nem\u011blo by doch\u00e1zet ke t\u0159en\u00ed nebo zasek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ob\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho kola. V opa\u010dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je t\u0159eba \u010derpadlo demontovat a zkontrolovat p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu.<br \/>\n(9) Zp\u016fsoby instalace \u010derpadel se d\u011bl\u00ed na instalaci s pevn\u00fdm p\u0159ipojen\u00edm a instalaci s pru\u017en\u00fdm p\u0159ipojen\u00edm.<br \/>\n2. Po\u0159ad\u00ed instalace chemick\u00fdch odst\u0159ediv\u00fdch \u010derpadel:<br \/>\n(1) Kdy\u017e je jednotka p\u0159epravov\u00e1na na m\u00edsto, p\u0159ilo\u017een\u00e1 z\u00e1kladna ji\u017e provedla kalibraci vodn\u00edho \u010derpadla a motoru. P\u0159i vyrovn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1kladny nen\u00ed nutn\u00e9 demontovat vodn\u00ed \u010derpadlo a motor, tak\u017ee instalace je velmi pohodln\u00e1;<br \/>\n(2) Um\u00edst\u011bte z\u00e1kladnu na z\u00e1klad a do bl\u00edzkosti z\u00e1kladov\u00fdch \u0161roub\u016f um\u00edst\u011bte kl\u00ednovou \u017eehli\u010dku. Z\u00e1kladnu zvedn\u011bte o 20-40 milimetr\u016f a po vyrovn\u00e1n\u00ed ji vypl\u0148te cementovou ka\u0161\u00ed;<br \/>\n(3) Zkontrolujte vodov\u00e1hu z\u00e1kladny. Po vyrovn\u00e1n\u00ed vypl\u0148te z\u00e1klad cementovou ka\u0161\u00ed. Po zaschnut\u00ed cementu znovu zkontrolujte rovinnost;<br \/>\n(4) Pokud je v\u00fdkon jednotky vysok\u00fd, mohou b\u00fdt \u010derpadlo, motor a z\u00e1kladna za \u00fa\u010delem usnadn\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159epravy zabaleny samostatn\u011b a u\u017eivatel\u00e9 si je mus\u00ed nainstalovat sami;<br \/>\nKalibrace jednotky vodn\u00edho \u010derpadla se prov\u00e1d\u00ed n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm zp\u016fsobem:<br \/>\n(1) O\u010dist\u011bte ne\u010distoty na op\u011brn\u00e9 rovin\u011b z\u00e1kladny, na patce vodn\u00edho \u010derpadla a na patce motoru a um\u00edst\u011bte vodn\u00ed \u010derpadlo a motor na z\u00e1kladnu;<br \/>\n(2) Upravte \u00farove\u0148 h\u0159\u00eddele \u010derpadla, vyrovnejte ji a pot\u00e9 vodn\u00ed \u010derpadlo upevn\u011bte na z\u00e1kladnu pomoc\u00ed \u0161roub\u016f, aby se zabr\u00e1nilo jeho pohybu;<br \/>\n(3) Zvedn\u011bte motor, srovnejte spojku \u010derpadla se spojkou motoru a spus\u0165te motor do odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed polohy na z\u00e1kladn\u011b;<br \/>\n(4) Upravte mezeru mezi ob\u011bma spojkami na p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 5 mm a opravte, zda se osy h\u0159\u00eddele motoru a h\u0159\u00eddele \u010derpadla shoduj\u00ed. Metoda spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed prav\u00edtka na spojku a vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed kruhy obou spojek by m\u011bly b\u00fdt v jedn\u00e9 rovin\u011b s prav\u00edtkem. Pokud se neshoduj\u00ed, je t\u0159eba upravit relativn\u00ed polohu motoru nebo \u010derpadla nebo pou\u017e\u00edt k \u00faprav\u011b tenkou \u017eeleznou desku;<br \/>\n(5) Pro kontrolu p\u0159esnosti mont\u00e1\u017ee je t\u0159eba pomoc\u00ed m\u011brky zm\u011b\u0159it mezeru mezi ob\u011bma rovinami spoje v n\u011bkolika r\u016fzn\u00fdch poloh\u00e1ch na obvodu spoje. Rozd\u00edl mezi maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed a minim\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u016fl\u00ed na jednom obvodu roviny sp\u0159\u00e1hla by nem\u011bl p\u0159ekro\u010dit 0,3 mm a rozd\u00edl mezi osami obou konc\u016f by nem\u011bl p\u0159ekro\u010dit 0,1 mm.<br \/>\n(6) Pokud jednotka nen\u00ed vybavena podstavcem, je t\u0159eba ji instalovat p\u0159\u00edmo na z\u00e1klad. Metoda je podobn\u00e1 jako u bodu 4, ale je t\u0159eba v\u011bnovat v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pozornost kalibraci.<br \/>\n3. Spou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a zastavov\u00e1n\u00ed chemick\u00fdch odst\u0159ediv\u00fdch \u010derpadel:<br \/>\n1) P\u0159\u00edprava p\u0159ed spu\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm chemick\u00fdch odst\u0159ediv\u00fdch \u010derpadel<br \/>\n(1) Ot\u00e1\u010dejte lopatkami motoru rukou, ob\u011b\u017en\u00e9 kolo by se nem\u011blo zasek\u00e1vat ani opot\u0159ebov\u00e1vat a m\u011blo by se ot\u00e1\u010det pru\u017en\u011b.<br \/>\n(2) Otev\u0159ete sac\u00ed ventil, otev\u0159ete v\u00fdfukov\u00fd ventil, aby se cel\u00e1 komora \u010derpadla naplnila kapalinou, a pot\u00e9 zav\u0159ete v\u00fdfukov\u00fd ventil.<br \/>\n(3) Ru\u010dn\u011b ot\u00e1\u010dejte \u010derpadlem, aby se mazivo dostalo do \u010dela mechanick\u00e9 ucp\u00e1vky.<br \/>\n(4) Rozto\u010dte motor, abyste zjistili, zda je \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00e9.<br \/>\n2) Spou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a provoz chemick\u00fdch odst\u0159ediv\u00fdch \u010derpadel<br \/>\n(1) Pln\u011b otev\u0159ete vstupn\u00ed ventil a zav\u0159ete ventil v\u00fdtla\u010dn\u00e9ho potrub\u00ed.<br \/>\n(2) P\u0159ipojte nap\u00e1jen\u00ed, a kdy\u017e \u010derpadlo dos\u00e1hne norm\u00e1ln\u00edch ot\u00e1\u010dek, postupn\u011b otev\u0159ete ventil na v\u00fdtla\u010dn\u00e9m potrub\u00ed a nastavte jej na po\u017eadovan\u00fd pracovn\u00ed stav.<br \/>\n(3) V\u011bnujte pozornost \u00fadaj\u016fm na p\u0159\u00edstroji a zkontrolujte t\u011bsnost h\u0159\u00eddelov\u00e9ho t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed. Je-li norm\u00e1ln\u00ed, je net\u011bsnost mechanick\u00e9ho t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed men\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 3 kapky za minutu. Zkontrolujte, zda je n\u00e1r\u016fst teploty na motoru a lo\u017eisk\u00e1ch \u2264=70 \u00b0C.
