1. Startup<\/strong><\/p>\n

(1) Completely close the outlet valve and fully open the inlet valve<\/strong><\/p>\n

(2) Fill the pump with liquid<\/strong><\/p>\n

*If the liquid is fed by gravity, fully open the inlet and outlet valves.<\/p>\n

(3) Check the direction of rotation of the motor<\/strong><\/p>\n

*After the liquid is fully filled, start the motor (within 1 second) to check the direction. There is a direction mark on the pump. Do not run the pump idle, otherwise the sleeve and shaft will be damaged.<\/p>\n

*After turning off the motor, check whether the motor stops smoothly. If not, check the transmission parts.<\/p>\n

(4) Exhaust operation<\/strong><\/p>\n

* Before the pump works, exhaust all the air in the pump.<\/p>\n

* Fully open the valve on the exhaust pipe, briefly (within 1 second) start the pump, and repeat 3-5 times.<\/p>\n

* After exhausting all the gas, completely close the exhaust valve.<\/p>\n

* If the exhaust valve is not installed, open the outlet valve slightly and start the pump instantly, and repeat 3-5 times.<\/p>\n

(5) Start-up operation<\/strong><\/p>\n

*When starting the pump, completely close the outlet valve.<\/p>\n

Note: When the pump is running, the outlet valve should not be closed for more than 1 minute.<\/span><\/p>\n

*Confirm that the outlet pressure gauge pressure reaches the closing pressure (closing pressure = nameplate head \u00f7 100 \u00d7 medium density g\/cm\u00b3 \u00d7 1.05 + inlet pressure)<\/p>\n

*Gradually open the outlet valve to the required flow and head<\/p>\n

Note: Pay attention to the overload caused by excessive opening of the outlet valve.<\/span><\/p>\n

Operation precautions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. If the pump turns in the wrong direction, it should be stopped immediately.<\/p>\n

2. After the pump is connected, it is absolutely forbidden to run the pump idle to test the forward and reverse rotation of the motor. The pump cavity must be filled with liquid, and the machine must be manually rotated to confirm that there is no jamming before the motor can be rotated to test the forward and reverse rotation.<\/p>\n

3. Make sure that the pump is not used within the small flow range. The small flow is half of the flow marked on the nameplate. Too small flow will lead to insufficient lubrication of the pump, and the heat of the magnetic eddy current cannot be taken away by the medium, resulting in deformation of the spacer, jamming of the impeller, and damage to the pump.<\/p>\n

4. The pump inlet and outlet pipelines must be fixed. It is not allowed to excessively lock the flange screws to reduce the gap when there is an installation gap between the flanges, which will cause the pump flange to crack.<\/p>\n

5. For cantilever magnetic pumps (pump body without feet), the weight of the pump outlet pipeline is not allowed to press on the pump body flange, otherwise it will cause the pump bracket to deform, the pump to lose concentricity and damage.<\/p>\n

6. When the magnetic pump that has not been used for a long time is turned on again, it must be manually rotated. After confirming that the rotation is smooth, repeat the above steps.<\/p>\n
